Are Royscot Larch the only ones?

Just considering my first purchase.

Royscot larch seem the only providers of finance.

Is this right? Sadly not in a position to buy outright so need a mortgage or finance...all help greatly appreciated.

Are you in a position to put in on your domestic mortgage? That's the cheapest route (although obviously potentially risky)
