new site - any suggestions?

We're planning a new site from scratch. We've got our own fishing lake and plenty of land.  What would you all think would appeal to people buying or renting fishing lodges? What facilities would you like onsite? We were thinking along the lines of crazy golf or 9 hole golf. A 4x4 course, bird hides, indoor pool, paintballing etc etc - what do you think would appeal most?

Reasonable  site fees and customer friendly management.
